1.1. For the purposes of this document, the following terms are used in the following sense:

TeleStat - a website that provides a Telegram channels and chats analytics service located on the Internet at https://telestat.ru

User - a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website and/or its Services.

Operator - the Administration of the TeleStat website.
