User Agreement

1.1. In this Agreement, the following concepts and terms are used in the following meanings:

TeleStat - A website that provides a service for analyzing Telegram channels and chats, located on the Internet at https://telestat.ru

User of the Site (User) - An individual who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site and/or its Services.

Service - A service or set of services provided to the User when using the Site.

Content - Any information materials, including text, graphics, audiovisual and other materials, that can be accessed when using the Site.

2.1. This document (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) applies to the TeleStat analytics service.

2.2. This Agreement regulates the relationship between the Site Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) and the User of this Site.

2.3. By using the Site and its Services, including registering on the Site or using any other functional feature provided by the Site, the User confirms their agreement with this Agreement, accepts the conditions set forth in the Agreement, and agrees to comply with them.

2.4. A mandatory condition for concluding this Agreement is the full and unconditional acceptance and compliance by the User, in the cases specified below, with the requirements and provisions defined by the Privacy Policy, posted and available on the Internet at https://telestat.ru/privacy-policy, which contains rules for providing and using personal data of Users.

3.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User of the Site with access to the information contained on the Site and its Services.

3.2. All existing at the moment TeleStat Services, any changes and additions to them in the future, as well as new Services are the subject of this Agreement.

3.3. The Site Administration reserves the right to change, correct, update, add Services at any time without prior notice to the User.

4.1. The use of the Site and its Services by the User is allowed only in accordance with this Agreement and exclusively in ways provided by the technical capabilities of the Site.

4.2. Copying and publishing Site materials on the Internet is allowed only with a reference to the source of information - https://telestat.ru

6.1. The site administration does not directly or indirectly guarantee the user error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Site and its Services, and does not guarantee compliance with specific user goals and expectations.

6.2. The site administration is not the author of publications of Telegram channels duplicated and published automatically on the Site pages, and is not responsible for their textual or graphic content. The publications are placed on the Site pages exclusively for statistical purposes.

6.3. The site administration is not responsible for the violation of the Agreement's terms if it is caused by force majeure circumstances, including actions of payment systems and delays in their operation.

6.4. The site administration does not regulate the interaction between users of the Service and is not responsible for the risks associated with one user paying for the services of another user.

7.1. Complaints and claims to the Site administration from individuals claiming to own copyright to the content posted on the Site must be sent to [email protected]

7.2. In the event of a motivated complaint from a right holder regarding a violation of his legally protected rights, the Administration has the right to delete the Content or restrict access to it without notifying the user and without explaining the reasons.

8.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes, add and exclude provisions of the Agreement.
