Public offer for the use of TeleStat Services
1. Definitions and Terms
1.1. For the purposes of this document, the following terms are used in the following meaning:
TeleStat - a website that provides a Telegram channel and chat analytics service, located on the Internet at
https://telestat.ru Site User - a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site and/or its Services.
Service - a service or a set of services provided to the User when using the Site.
Offer - this document "Public Offer for the use of paid TeleStat Services", posted on the Internet at
https://telestat.ru/oferta. 2. General provisions
2.1. In accordance with Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is an official public Offer of TeleStat and represents an offer to use paid Services on the terms set forth below.
2.2. By accepting the Offer, the User fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Offer.
2.3. This Offer applies to all paid Services of the Site without exception.
2.4. Payment by the User for access to the Site's Service in accordance with Section 4 of this document shall be considered as acceptance of the Offer.
2.5. The User's acceptance and compliance with the requirements and provisions defined in the User Agreement and Privacy Policy documents is a mandatory condition for using the Site's Service.
3. Paid TeleStat Services
3.1. "Advertising on TeleStat" - allows you to place advertisements on the pages of the Site. The service is located at
https://telestat.ru/account/ad . By using the Service "Advertising on TeleStat" the User agrees to the User Agreement on the page
https://telestat.ru/agreement 4. Tariffs and Payment Procedures
4.1. Payment is made in accordance with the tariffs in effect at the time of payment.
4.2. Current information on the cost of using the Services is available on the Site at:
https://telestat.ru/prices 4.3. The condition for providing access to the paid Service is the full payment of the cost of use before the start of use (100% prepayment).
4.4. The Site Administration reserves the right to unilaterally and without prior notice to the User change tariffs and payment methods.
4.5. The cost of previously paid and unused access to the Service is not changed until the end of the paid period.
4.6. Payment is made in Russian rubles:
4.6.1. by individuals - through payment providers that provide payment services from individuals (YooMoney, Robokassa) or based on an invoice;
4.6.2. by legal entities - based on an invoice for payment directly to the Site Administration's settlement account;
4.7. Obligations to pay for the Service are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are received on the Site Administration's account.
4.8. The User acknowledges and agrees that the absence of a particular channel or chat in the TeleStat database cannot be considered as the provision of services of inadequate quality and cannot be a reason for requesting a refund for a Service that was previously purchased and accessed.
4.9. The User is not entitled to a refund for a Service that was purchased but not fully used.
5. Disclaimer
5.1. The site administration directly or indirectly does not guarantee the User error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Site and its Services, as well as does not guarantee compliance with specific goals and expectations of the User.
5.2. The site administration is not responsible for:
5.2.1. violation of the terms of the Offer if it is caused by force majeure circumstances, including the actions of payment systems and delays in their operation.
5.2.2. improper functioning of the Site or its Services if the User does not have the necessary technical means for its use and does not assume any obligations to provide Users with such means.
5.2.3. unauthorized access to the User's Personal account or paid Services purchased by the User, in case the result of obtaining unauthorized access was the loss or theft of the User's authorization data used to log in to the Site.
6. Additional provisions
6.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes, add and exclude provisions of this Offer.
6.2. The Offer comes into force from the date specified in the section 'Effective Date' and is valid until the Offer is revoked by the site administration.
